Rediscover your sense of purpose and direction
You might consider coaching if you’re lacking in the confidence (whatever the degree) to move yourself forward, I’d consider my service as helping
you to move past any blockages, to set goals, to help you ‘figure stuff out’ and ensure that you can realise your choices.
This type of coaching is concerned with clarifying what you want from life; it helps you recognise what’s important in life, where your energy is
best focused, and where to begin, it’s helps you recognise the goals you really want to achieve instead of focusing on expectations.
Our purpose defines our uniqueness in the world
Here’s what some of my clients had to say about their coaching experience;
- I just want to say I am glad I met you. You are a very inspiring person, thank you for your support and listening
- Thank you for all your support and ‘finding me’
- Many thanks for all your support & coaching, you’ve helped me sleep and be confident and positive about my future role.
A ‘Life Coaching Experience’ Taster Day
The day is ideal if you want to offer your staff the opportunity to work with a Life Coach; it will introduce individuals to the benefits of
Life Coaching, and give those people a taster of a coaching relationship where the total focus is on you, on where you want to be in your life, and on
what will help you to achieve it.
The day is experiential through selected fun, creative and thought provoking activities and discussions and will offer the time and space to reflect
and integrate the Life Coaching experience.
The key themes for the day;
- Self-Awareness
- Goal Setting
- Responsibility
- Building Relationships
- Support
The session is designed in a manner to allow the activities to flow seamlessly through a series of important stages in the coaching relationship;
five key stages give the framework for the day;
- Knowing yourself so that you know what you want in your life.
- Acknowledge what you want and need in your life.
- Giving yourself the time and space to explore what you need, and to deal with the issues that stop you achieving what you need
(self limiting beliefs, low self-esteem, low self confidence, conditioning, negative self talk etc).
- Setting realistic goals and making the commitment to take the small steps required in achieving them.
- Knowing what success looks and feels like, and how to acknowledge and celebrate that achievement.
Our Life Coaching Taster days are usually facilitated in Yorkshire at an ideal venue; Willow Lodge Corporate Retreat, this is a Centre of Excellence
